February HYPE Meeting
This month, Johnson City Mayor Jane M. Myron will join us as our special guest at Ruby Tuesday’s campus location. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17. If you or your friends have never been to a HYPE meeting, then make this your first!

A New Year… A New Format…
HYPE has an exciting new format for 2009. Regular dinner meetings will be held bimonthly in even-months-- February, April, June, August, October and December. These meetings will still be held on the third Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
In the odd-numbered months— March, May, July, September and November, we hold “anti-meetings.” Here’s a preview of what’s to come:

July – July 4th Celebration
September – Project U$
November – Regional event

This Month, HYPE encourages you to celebrate America and the democracy that makes her great. Catch the presidential inauguration on January 20 or attend the region’s local celebration at Russo’s Orleans. Cost is $20 per person.

Regional YP Holiday Party
Don't miss our regional young professional's holiday party on December 13 at 7 p.m. in Kingsport. The event will take place at the Kingsport Grocery and will feature live music by Clay Prewitt and the Sundowners.
