January Meeting

Happy New Year from HYPE!

We'll be kicking off 2008 with a meeting at Russo's, 300 E Main St # 101, Johnson City. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 15 at 6:30 p.m. Michael Martin, training coordinator for Tennessee Small Business Development Center at ETSU, will be our speaker.

November HYPE meeting

HYPE will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday,November 20 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take placeat Beef O'Brady's, 2913 Boones Creek Road. Ourguest speakers for the evening will be Shanna Myersand Matthew Trivett from Northwestern Mutual.

October Meeting

HYPE will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 16 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Russo's, 300 East Main St. #101, in downtown Johnson City. Todd Smith from the City of Johnson City will be discussing the upcoming Tri-Cities Economic Summit.

September HYPE mixer

HYPE will be hosting a mixer on Tuesday, September 18 at 6:30 p.m. Join us at Cafe Lola--1805 N Roan St, Johnson City-- for some good company, jazz and drink specials.

August HYPE meeting

The August HYPE meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Crazy Tomato, 203 Princeton Rd, Johnson City.

Project U: Using your unique talents while remaining a true professional

Join HYPE for our first-ever professional development seminar, "Project U."

The half-day seminar will consist of networking time, as well speakers and panel discussions with human resource executives, young entrepreneurs and established members of the Tri-Cities business community.

"Project U" will take place on August 3 at Picasso's, 400 Ashe Street, Johnson City. Breakfast and registration will begin at 8 a.m. with programs beginning at 8:45 a.m. Cost for the seminar will be $10 and will include breakfast and a full lunch.
